For this latest upgrade, our team modernized the control algorithms, refreshed the SCADA integration, and enhanced reporting tools to deliver: Improved energy management: Smarter load-shedding and demand control strategies to reduce peaks on the grid and lower operational costs. Enhanced reliability: Updated redundancy logic and failover routines to minimize downtime and protect perishable inventory. User-friendly interface: A redesigned SCADA layout for faster navigation and more intuitive alarms/notifications—making it easier for on-site staff to monitor and adjust setpoints. Advanced data insights: New trending dashboards that allow both HCS and the Groblersdal team to identify anomalies, track long-term performance, and plan preventive maintenance well in advance.
